Bad service Hirch Strubens Valley and Samsung

I will never buy another item from this store, especially Samsung. Spent thousands regularly and once the have your money and get the sales comissions, there is no after sales service and they dont have the courtesy to return phone calls. You have to lose your temper after numerous attempts to get help and they still dont bother. They are supposedly having my microwave repaired. One of a few brand new items that broke within a few weeks of.purchase and even though it drastically affects.my catering business. I am still sitting without any help. I strongly urge any one even.considering to buy.from Samsung or Hirch Steubensvalley to stay away. The instore Samsung representative ks just as useless. Disgusted,.Lynn Bosch
