Bad service from Manageress at Springfield store

My Smart Hisense TV stopped working after 2 and a half years, seeing as it has a 3 year guarantee and a 4 year warranty my husband and I drove out to Springfield to take the TV in, we live on the South Coast. The men at the returns department were really helpful and tried very hard to help us seeing as we had driven so far, they checked the TV and noted that it was not going on. In an endeavor to help us they called the Manageress (I did not get her name - she was on duty on Sunday 05/02/2023). She knows nothing about customer support, having had a terrible attitude towards us, telling us that we should not have bothered to bring our TV in, that we must take it home again and they will get a technician to come to our house. We explained that we are quite a distance away and made the effort to bring the TV in, because we are not at home during the day. My husband said to her so what must I do take a days leave to wait for your technicians to which her reply was YES that is what you must do. She treated us like we were stupid embeciles because we brought our TV in and didn't care that we are now being put out because our TV didn't even last until the guarantee was up!!!!! I find this totally unacceptable because I know Hirsch puts their customers first and does all they can for them but this lady was not having any of it basically rushing us out telling us to take our TV home (It was not easy packing it, loading it, transporting it, etc.) Could Hirsch not have just had an ounce of decency and kindness and helped us a bit more? Now one of us have to take a days leave, sit at home the entire day with the hope that the technicians show up at the allotted time and date. Personally I think they should have replaced our TV with a new one as it was still under guarantee and warranty. I will never go to Hirschs Springfield ever again because of this so called Manageress who does not care for her clients.
