Bad service from Hirshs

The services received from Thumeshnee Moodley in the service and spares department is the worst service I have ever received. I called for a technician to come check my stove, it took her 1.5wekks to send me a quote for the call out fee. Then she doesnt call and tell you what the fault is and if it can be repaired she just ignored me then my wife had to call her 4 times or more to get feedback. I will not recommend anyone to use the service and repair centre as they have no idea how to deal with a customer. I wont even buy their appliances any longer I would rather go elsewhere where they value you as a customer
