Bad service from hirsch

I have purchased a lg washing machine few years ago. Ever since i bought it machine has been repaired numerous times. Technicians have been to my premises as well as being picked up and taken to the work shop and up to this date the washing machine is still faulty. The machine is still under guarantee and we want it replaced however hirsch does not want too. Went to the store and spoke to the service department and asked why they do no want to replace the machine. The lady there said its up to the technician to decide that. Spoke to the technician he said its the work shop decision. So it seems like they dont know wants going on and do not want to replace the machine even though its still under warranty. Will never be shopping at hirsch again.
