Bad service

I have placed an order in November to buy a washing machine. To this day and moment I'm still waiting for the delivery from this company. They called last week to say someone will be deliverting, the delivery guy kept saying is in the area and never delivered the machine, we waited till 6pm. I call the next day i get no help, nobody seems to know what is happening with the order. The numbers I use you can reach them as they transfer you from one person to the next with no help. Worst experience and to think i trusted this company. :(
