BAD SERVICE

I'm very disappointed in the service I received from Hirch's today. I needed help with getting the serial number for my samsung tv however no one seemed interested in helping me. I was told to call samsung directly even though I explained that I already did. My tv was recently ****** so therefore in order to claim I need the serial number, I explained this to them after they repeatedly told me look at the back of the TV!! I really like your store but if this is how you treat customers then I'm done.
