Bad Service at Hirsch's

Bought two air conditioners on Sunday 11Feb, salesman promised me that he would deliver on the 12th Feb. The web site boosts that they do same day delivery. NOT IN A MILLION YEARS do they achieve this. My last time buying there - if they make a promise they must live up to it and not lie to the customers
