Bad service and hidden costs

Just a heads up to anyone that ever buys anything from Hirsch's. Should your appliance or electrical item break, do not contact them. Rather contact the supplier directly for a call out and evaluation.

My fridge stopped working and I called Hirsch's to come out and evaluate the problem to be fixed. They came at R600, checked everything and advised me that Samsung needs to come and fix it.

This ended up to be an additional call out and cost from Samsung as they need to do there own assessment.

Now I've ended up paying for the same thing twice and Hirsch's actually did nothing. This really upsets me as they do not tell you that there is a possibility that the supplier might have to do a separate assessment at an additional cost.

I've raised the issue with them, but they are brushing me off saying I contacted them and they are just following my instructions.
