Bad service

Hellow hirchs hope u guys read this and assist me I have bought a lounge suit from ur branch in 2022 I was giving a warranty of 5 years and I was told the suit is genuine leather I didnt care much cause u guys are a big company and I trusted ur sales persons words coming to 2025 the couches are turning black this not a cheap set is was 40 000 I called in on the 2 november and I was told this is not leather nor close to leather and it has no warranty is this fair for a 40 000 set plz can u guys get back to me as I m very very disappointed I feel like I was ****** but such a big company no one wants to help me I m being given wrong information all the time
