Bad Service

<p>I bought a Braun blender at the Hirsh's opposite Clearwater Mall Johannesburg. The blender was blowing smoke the first time I used it. I took it back to Hirsh's and they said I told them I want another blender for the same price. They advised me to get the Russel Hobbs. I have had the Russel Hobbs for approximately a year and I have taken in for repairs twice. The first time it was under waranty so they took it but the second time they refused to even look at it because it was not under warranty. The service department was so rude, the manager told me that he has to leave in 30 minutes and he does not have time to look at the blender. I told them I diasppointing his service was and he said that its not Hirsh's I must be angry with its Russel Hobbs. I am so disgusted with both the Hirsh's and Russel Hobbs Brand. </p>
