BAD SERVICE

I purchased a carrier remote control on the 25 November 2015 and cancelled the request on the same day of November 25th by the agent Yugeshni at the same store. I was advised that my refund will be effected in the 7 days to follow which should have been 02 December 2015, I made numerous calls and even went to the store with the original invoice to the agent and her counter parts but to date I only received empty and failed promises that my refund was done, my admin staff also faxed and emailed the proof of purchase but still no joy. I then tried today 15 April 2016, 5 months later to speak to Lucy Hirsch Jackson but still no avail, her PA is also still getting back to me, I am totally appauled by this service.<br> Invoice receipt number 608778 25/11/15.
