Bad Service

HIRSH'S POOR SERVICE!. Going into week 5 after reporting a problem on my LG Steam Dishwasher(top of the range and highly expensive) a technician came to repair the machine 3 days later. He left my home, the machine not in a working condition without saying anything and nobody phoned to explain what is the problem or what will happen next. A couple of days later someone phoned me from a call centre asking me if I am happy with the service that I am getting. I said no, not at all and it is terrible and please report this and get someone to come back to me. Still I had no reply, I had to phone again a week later, explaining the situation, every time I phoned they apologised and promised to come back to me. After numerous weekly calls, nothing happened and nobody phoned me back, still no reply or feedback. I refused to recommend and support Hirsch's ever again. The Service is shocking and terrible.
