Bad service

<p>bought Elba stove at hirches milnerton Western Cape the oven is now faulty I contacted Hirches and was advised that they will send technicians from Durbanville to come and fix my stove . 3 days later was contacted by Totai guys from Johannesburg they told me will send technicians after 10 days I contacted totai guys spoke to Zaid confirmed my address asked I'm staying in township he gave me contact number for technician who is in durbanville and Zaid told me the technicians is not going to come to my place because I'm in township. It is not my problem he told me I must take the stove to the technicians. It not my problem . I'm a customer here Hirches must tell us they if we come from township we must not buy their products. I'm not gonna hire a bakkie to Hirches or to Durbanville they must come and fix my stove at home or refund me and go elsewhere.</p>
