Bad salesperson

1 star would even be too much. In this day and age one would expect a salesperson to follow up on leads. I called and spoke to Melanie (Fourways)to get prices on a large appliance. 24 hours later , she couldnt be bothered about the fact that she had not returned my call . At first, she said I am busy with a client..fair enough but I am a client as well.Then today she says she had a business meeting with her manager and that was her excuse! Shocked
