BAD PRODUCTS AND SERVICE

and this is even rating it HIGH> Bought a Ruseel Hobbs food processor from the Strubensvallei branch. Used it one to grate cheese - all goes well.. Use it a month later - the two plastic gears on either side of the disks brake loose. So we go back to the store to see what they say - Disk get swopped with "New Disk"they took from one of the boxes on the shelf. I try to use it on Sunday and 2nd spin of the disk - same story gears seperate on the "NEw Disk"- go back to store for refund - Huge ho ha to get the refund - now 3 days later no refund showing and nobody gets back with a answer!.
