BAD FKN SERVICE

Its already November month and I'm still waiting on my items to be replaced.<br> <br> My LG dishwasher has never been used because I refuse to use something that's damaged, and by the way, the delivery guys damaged it.<br> <br> One of my diningroom chairs needs replacing as well as the seatcover is soiled.<br> <br> The smartcare guy came to check up on my washing machine and I informed him as well that it doesn't work. I have in turn contacted the store but still almost 2 months later I'm waiting.<br> <br> When will my items be replaced. If this is not sorted by Friday, I will take legal action against the store or I will deal directly with Richard Hirsch or Shaaista Khader.<br> <br> And please don't come with you tried reaching me on my cell, because that is bull, you have my work number so there is no excuse.
