BAD DELIVERY

Bought a few items, including a fridge, from their Centurion store yesterday and must say the buying experience was excellent; however, when it came to the delivery of the fridge, it was a different story.

Because the fridge was at a different store, we arranged that the fridge be delivered today, 16 April 2023. However, first thing this morning I received a call from the delivery guy asking if they could deliver it on Monday. This after we explicitly said that it must be delivered today. He then said that he would make a plan. Then it was a waiting game with no further communication from the delivery guy and when I called him around 1pm he committed to deliver it after 3pm today; it is now after 4pm and no sign of the delivery guy or the fridge.

This experience left a bitter taste and as a result I am reconsidering ever buying anything from Hirschs ever again
