Bad customers service

Bought a fridge worth R14000 from hirsch's in gateway durban. When I Bought it 3 years back every1 was all smiles to sell it to me now I have a problem with it over 3 weeks and all I get is drama from them. They sent the first guy who put paper to stop a leak from the ice maker. Then after phoning and phoning and begging them for a 2nd opinion they finally sent 2 guys which found that 3 parts of the fridge is faulty and that was 2 weeks back. They said 5 to 7 working days for the spares , now I call to find out but get all different stories. Any family person will know how important a fridge is in a home and I've been suffering because I finished pay wen I Bought it but if i still had to pay then how fast they'll run to sort it out. My stuff continues to go off in the fridge , meat 4 the month all gone down the drain. Wat do i do
