Bad Customer Services

I went to Hirsch's on Monday15-03/Thursday16-03 I have reported that my SMEG refrigerator is not working it's not making any cool air, everything is working but not cooling, so they say that they will send someone out to come and test it, 2 DAYS later. The guy said that it's a big problem and the first time for a SMEG to have no gas, he will report it immediately, so i'm waiting a again. After 2 DAYS again I phone them again to follow up what is going on STILL NO WORKING REFRIGERATOR. So how long do I have to wait for any replay from HIRSCH'S on what are the going to do.???? I just can't go another week with NO REFRIGERATOR.

SO PLEASE DO YOUR JOB AND GET BACK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE it's not that difficult.
