Bad Customer Service

So I order online and they said I will get my order within 3 days, even today I'm still waiting. Tried calling the branch for assistance, firstly spoke to a lady who transferred me to the warehouse and the call was hanged up. Tried calling and spoke to a lady who took my contact details and promised that someone will call me, even now I'm still waiting. I'm so disappointed about the service and how they have poor customer service. I'm trying to call so that I can cancel the order and have my money back no one is assisting. If this is the kind of service we get for ordering goods online then I definitely suggest that they cancel this service, because it clearly shows that they can't manage it.
