Bad Customer Service

Our company purchased amount R100 000.00 worth of goods and appliances from Hirsch's umhlanga branch sales person Shilton. The sale and payment of our purchase went through with a breeze.

Time came to deliver and we have had numerous issues with the items not being in stock. Our items were out of stock, and then we were asked to come through and collect some items, when we get there , we were informed that the same items are out on the truck for delivery.

Our first delivery came with all incorrect items from the ones stated on the invoice.

When the delivery gets to us, items are missing and not all were the same sets. I called yesterday 3 times to follow up on a set of pots that are outstanding and I was told: "we am worrying him for stupid pots."

very bad service, we will not be shopping there again.
