Bad customer experience!

Hirsch's Dunkeld: I bought a brand new fridge freezer for my mom who is elderly and needed it asap. It was delivered the next day, installed, but faulty. Another one duly arrived the next day, also faulty. I queried this as clearly this is problematic, either from the shop or the brand. It's now over a week, we still don't have a new working (non-faulty) fridge. Hirsch's was very quick to take the money but doesn't respond, doesn't call back when they say they will, have no concern re the fact that money has been paid and yet a service hasn't been delivered. A very bad customer experience and no concern re their own reputation or brand.
