Bad Bad Bad service Hirsch Somerset West
When you go into Hirsch Somerset west you always get a very warm welcome so that your think service will be good but that is where it stay. I have bought a microwave LG, have take it back for a 3 time, now want another make because don't think LG is very good product if it must go back so many times. Now I have to wait again for Hirsch to sort out their problem with LG. No feedback from Hirsch, Not GOOOOOOOD.

27 Aug 2020, 20:50Have phone Hirsch speak to Branch manager on Wednesday, the credit for LG microwave was past. I was promised that Hirsch will deliver microwave but did not even take my address for delivery. I am just wondering how did you become the branch manager if you don't check that your people do their jobs.
