BAD, BAD, BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE

Purchased an expensive induction stove and double oven (Grundig). Top oven burns food. Various technicians have been out but the oven remains faulty. Someone, called, Mario, at Lynnwood branch has been telling me daily that he is on top of things. I receive no feedback other that the matter has been escalated.
