Bad backup service from even CEO

I went shopping q while ago on behalf of my daughter at Hirsch's Fourways - SMEG - dishwasher and washing machine. The dishwasher which Allan Hirsch said was under guarantee stopped working. It took them 10 days to get someone to make contact. Allan was responding via Messenger continually until they requested R690 call out. Sent technician who quoted R3100 and a week later despite many messages to Allan, he just stopped responding. So what, guess what - don't buy from Hirsch's and SMEG?
