Bad aftersales

Just before December I bought just under a R100k of products from Hirsch. I bought the most expensive ice machine in their showroom and it started giving problems. Its been a runaround from hirsch up to now with the icemaker still not working. They refuse to replace it! I dont think these people know how to deal with customers. They want to sell you the world then aftersales come and it avsolutely sucks! I feel like pulling up there with everything I bought and insisting on a refund!
