BAD AFTER SALES SERVICES AT MEADOWDALE HIRSCH'S

We bought a sound bar from Hirsch's Meadowdale, Edenvale. When we got home it wasn't the sound bar we were looking for so we returned it the following day. Instead of giving us a refund the lady at reception debited my card with the same transaction amount. Another lady then came to correct the two transactions to refund my account with both amounts which ads up to almost R18k!! This was done on Thursday the 25th of November 2021, today is the 30th and still the money isn't showing in my account! They are full of empty promises and I'm tired of waiting for my money! Very bad after sales service!!
