Atrocious customer service and false advertising

Bad service and false advertising.

My mother and I purchased a set of Zwilling pots, with a lifetime guarantee, from the Somerset West branch.

When my mom returned them because of the inferior quality of the set, the lifetime guarantee suddenly came with lots of conditions attached. Instead tried to clean them and then accused her of scratching the pots.

Cannot believe the bad service we received at this branch as we had great service at the Centurion branch.
