Arrogant and think they do the customer a favour!!!

This company thinks they are doing you a favour!!!! Had to replace my Samsung Fridge Freezer through DotSure Insurance. After countless phone calls to Head Office i was told they cant give me a delivery time. Only will be before 8pm. After 5 calls i was told by Jayshree Sookhoo they are doing me a favour to deliver my new fridge!!!!!!! And what a bad attitude!!!!! Dont blame the festive season for your bad service!!!!!Stay away from this company they are pathetic!!!!!!
