APPALLING SERVICE. NEVER ORDER ONLINE!

I placed and order and paid for it plus delivery on 25th November. Received a mail on 26th November saying it was ready for delivery. Since then - nothing. Sent 5 mails - no response. They do not answer the phone. Shocking!
