Appalling Customer Care Centurion on Extended Maintenance plan.

In my life I have not come across such appalling customer care in Centurion store. Our faulty unit has been returned more that 10 times. Extended Maintenance plan is a waist of money. We took the matter up with the branch managers(Mark Duckhalm and Seosen Naidoo asking them "How many times does a machine have to go in for repairs?" We still have not received the unit and Mark today said the matter is out of his hands. I expected more than this from Hirsch. Rest assure I shall not buy anything ever again from Hirsch because of appalling service.
