Appalled and Disgusted

My wife and I bought a dishwasher online and a week later we received a mail that the item will be delivered in 7 days time but after the stipulated delivery time frame we did not get our dishwasher. We followed up with them but they kept sending us from pillar to post without helping us at all. As we speak we still haven't received our delivery from them and it just goes to indicate their level of incompetency. Next time we will save ourselves some heart ache and go shop where we are valued and there is transparency and determination to serve revenue bringing customers.
