Always Open the Box and Check what you Taking delivery of

As a frequent Customer of Hirsch I want this to be known to all customers as I have had such a runaround with this issue that I think we must make everyone aware of Their rights and obligations

Please ensure you check your order before you take it as there are times when there are certain components missing in the box and from the order and even though we not aware that the components need to be in the box And the box may have it but if it’s not in the box at least we don’t take it also when we Take delivery we know it’s what we ordered

So I bought a bar fridge And I was persuaded to buy another Brand but I noted that the silver was on special so I requested the silver When I went to fetch the Fridge I checked and yes The Fridge in the box was white I had to wait another 30 minutes to take the fridge I’m just lucky I didn’t sign and take the fridge initially as This is how much I trust Hirsch and this time there was a glitch

Bigger than this problem is The Whirlpool Gas Stove So I bought a stove for one of my investments and yes The driver Took delivery without checking and He received stive without the Jets and we didn’t know New jets are needed for South African Specifications

When we got the installer to check we found the components required were missing and as a customer we are being treated like ********s Why Cos we didn’t check for the Jets initially although it seems to be an extra requirement we not aware of

Point is Hirsch and the Suppliers are making us runaround to Obtain this Jets
