Always buy from a store that cares for their customers

I made a really unfortunate choice when purchasing two fridge freezers - after 9 days and one fridge being replaced and then a thermostat being replaced by the manufacturers technician with a bad attitude. the fridge was still freezing items in in the fridge, despite being set at one by the technician. Throughout this traumatic time the personal shopper and management from Hirsch's were really good at keeping in touch with me and ensuring the problem was being dealt with. Despite all the trauma, I can highly recommend Hirsch's as a reputable and honourable supplier. I will definitely be shopping there again !
