AGAIN LET DOWN BY HIRSCH’S

I placed two orders (*** & ***) with Hirch’s: that included, a heater, as an essential good, and a washing machine and dishwasher, with which I supp**** an affidavit, to authorise delivery. It took me well onto a week to get any response from anybody at Hirsch's and when I did get hold of a certain Bradley, that seems to be fielding calls about online purchases, matters went from bad to worse. He lies about calling back and on top of that makes promises about deliveries that are not kept. I certainly now deeply regret purchasing from then. I should have stuck with Tafelberg Furnishers who were at least honest about their delivery prospects. However I have made full payment on all the goods and am now a victim to a very poor service. My advice to others: stay away from Hirsch’s until they jack up their communications and delivery responsibilities. Ms E. Wessels
