Advertise one price, charge another

<p>I bought a SMEG toaster from Hirsch's Centurion and was charged R400 more than the advertised price. I only realised this when I got home. I sent an sms to Hirsch's helpline, was contacted immediately and apologised to. I was asked to send banking details, did so, and to date have not been reimbursed for their mistake. Very dishonest on two levels.</p>
