Administration of Fridge repair on warranty

My fridge is not cooling properly it is still in warranty, Hirshes has not administered the repair of my fridge correctly since I have been trying to fix this fridge for 3 weeks. The defy technician did not show up on 23rd Feb 2016 I am still waiting for them to come. On one incident they got my address incorrect so they also didnt come causing a delay in the fix. This is such bad service! My reference job numbers are 484187 and 497049. This has bren going on for most of Febuary.
