Absolutely **********

Honestly if I could give a minus star rating I would the after sales service I have received has been absolutely ********** from @Hirsch’ssilverlakes, we purchased a Samsung tv from them upon getting the tv home it continuously switched on and off after two weeks of battles with both the store and @samsungsa the tv was replaced due to a fault, roughly 7 months down the line the exact same problem arises with the replacement tv after two months of backward and forwards with the store and Samsung the tv is written off as a faulty model the tv has been discontinued (probably because it’s faulty) and now the store is offering a much smaller size as well as inferior product as a substitute when we explained we did not want a smaller tv they refuse to help and have given no resolution, I am still sitting 3 months down the line with no TV or acceptable assistance. I genuinely believe this store has shown ********* business practice and absolutely no care for their customers or the fact that they sell faulty products. I will never recommend or use this store again, rather Makro at this point they have superior after sale services.
