Absolute pathetic customer service!

We had purchased extended warranties for a number of appliances, and when needing to make use of it for our fridge, Hirsch’s apparently do not send consultants out to Pietermaritzburg. We have been without a fridge, with no way forward, no sense of direction from employees and empty promises of being called back for the past five days!

Do not recommend!
