Absolute Joke

To my review the other day.

I get a report today stating that I manually put extra ice in the ice tray and they will not replace the ice maker or sensor.

Please can anyone inform me why I would go buy ice to put it in my ice maker????

Thar is the most pathetic excuse I have ever heard in my life.

I have a whatsapp from the technician stating he stand by that the ice machine must be replaced but then get complete different report.

Alternatively they willing to sell me the new fridge for R8999.

Are we joking????
