A level of service that all customer based business in SA should be aiming for

Hirsch's - I bought 2 large kitchen appliances this week from Hirsch's, got home and struggled with working out how to get the oven door open (I know, sounds silly - but the door was totally jammed shut due to the vacuum seal) long story short - I could not get hold of the meadowdale branch and was getting really irritated until I dialed a cellphone number on a email I had. And who answered? Margaret Hirsch herself - WOW - now that's amazing service - Margaret spoke to my electrician and the issue that had irritated me for 2 days was solved in 2 minutes. Amazing woman and an inspiration to me - no matter how high of a level any of us reach in business she is a great reminder e to always look after the "small clients" too. Thank you Mrs Hirsch
