48 HOURS WAITING PERIOD NOE GONE 96 HOURS

Hi. I called in the Umlhlanga store on Monday 15TH June 2015 to complain about a gas hob i purchased in December from there store. The complaint was that two of the plates are melted down and i cannot use it. The lady said she had escalated my problem to DEFY and they will get back to me within 48 hours. It is now Monday the 22 June 2015 and still no feed back . I cannot tell you the inconvenience it was for me to cook outside for the past couple of days and with a 2 year old its not easy. I'm so disgusted that DEFY/ HIRSCHE would treat there customers so rudely and have a don't care attitude
