4 weeks to repair of my washing machine

2 years ago I bought a washing machine and decided to take their brilliant extended guarantee, at a cost I might add. 26th November I reported my machine faulty. Today 23rd December, I am still waiting for Hirsch's to come repair my machine some 4 weeks later. I have phoned every day and every day the ingenious Mel has some excuse. Today's excuse is that the repair team never logged my call so they coming tomorrow. Somehow I don't think tomorrow will come. Going away for 2 weeks and my house sitter is going to have to make a plan to wash linen and clothes while here. HIRSCH's you suck.
