2 weeks and still waiting for delivery on items purchased

I purchased 2 items online on Black Friday. Received 1 item 1 week later after continuously emailing them . Now 2 weeks later after numerous emails once again and many phone calls from Hirsch telling me that they are following up on my query. It is taking Hirsch's over 2 weeks to resolve one minor issue, I don't know how they do business on a large scale! Many online staff including Hirsch's web administrator Preline plus Michelle, Elisha and Fay have all read my emails AND decided not to contact me BUT IGNORE MY EMAILS!!!

DISSAPOINTING AND PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST!!!

STILL WAITING IN THE HOPE THAT SOME ONE FROM HIRSCH'S ONLINE CAN GET THEMSELVES CLUED UP AND RESOLVE THIS MATTER AND COMPENSATE ME FOR ALL THE DIFFICULTY HIRSCH'S HAS PUT ME THROUGH...
