Review:

I purchased a Samsung Bespoke fridge from Hirsch’s Milnerton on 15 July 2024, specifically because of their promotion: “Purchase a Samsung Bespoke Fridge & Receive Free Bespoke Panels.”

I selected white panels to match my kitchen, but to this day—10 months later—I have still not received them.

I have followed up with the store every single month and at one point was told the panels would arrive by December 2024. It is now June 2025, and I have received no panels and no real accountability from Hirsch’s.

I have hosted several events at my home and the fridge looks incomplete and completely out of place in my kitchen. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored after being so patient for so long.

I expect immediate delivery of the promised white panels, or fair compensation for the breach of this promotional offer and the inconvenience caused.

This is unacceptable service from a brand I expected more from. I am also considering taking this further with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) if this is not resolved promptly.
