1 month later, still no contact

<p>On the 23rd of April I walked into the Hirsh's store in Germinston to request a quote for a replacement part for a freezer. Since then I have not received a single phone call and have had to phone them several times to find out what is happening. Each time I am told I will be contacted within a day or two. It is now June already and I yet to receive that phone call. I guess my definition of 'I will phone you back' is different from theres. If this is the the way they treat customers I do no want to be one. I have not received my full quote on the parts I want and considering finding other vendors because this one does not seem to care for its customers.</p>
