Exceptional Service from Shaun - Hirsch Hydraulics

Customers normally receive exceptional service when big purchases are made, but Shaun from Hirsch Hydraulics in Cape Town went above and beyond normal customer service yesterday, when he assisted with a very small and cheap, but very urgent part from Cape Town to Luderitz in Namibia.
