Unfair bullying and threats from Hire Resolve

This agency called me for a position. I went for interviews and was iffered the position. Due to unforseen circumstances I had to withdraw my acceptance of their offer and now they are threatening me to pay R26000.00 to them or they will blacklist me and take legal action. If I had known this was going to happen I would never have dealt with them.
