Still waiting for my 'professionally' written CV

In February 2015 we made use of Hire Resolve's professional CV services. Rizanne Oosthuizen was helping us We paid in full for two CV's to be professionally written. We only received back one CV. After numerous phone calls, e-mails and sms's, we have still not received any response from either Rizanne Oosthuizen or Hire Resolve. Waiting for four months for a CV to be professionally written is unacceptable.
