Great recruitment. I still have my reservations about the job though

To be honest, this job was not in line with my expectations, and I was somewhat overqualified for it due to it being a junior position and I being at a more senior level. But given the current job climate, I was willing to compromise. With that said, I made my intentions and concerns known to Louise Joubert and she was very professional and accomodating in that regard.

Her lever of communication was always straightforward, concise and timeous. Even when I was preparing for the interview, she gave me all the necessary information and guidance to prepare.

Irrespective of the outcome, I'm happy to have undergone the recruitment process with Louise and Hire resolve. They have somewhat revived a little bit of the faith I had lost in previous recruiters in general
